Description

This machine is suitable for slitting narrow paper. It has the functions of automatic meter counting, setting length, setting quantity, automatic stop, unwinding controlled by photoelectric automatic correction etc. The whole machine is characterized by compact structure, fast speed, high efficiency, accurate cutting, single operation, stable operation etc.

It is two roll upper feed rewinding machine without axle. The paper jumbo roll which is finish the first step on the paper making machine put on the unreeling stand of rewinding machine to slit into special width, diameter and tighten paper roll. Remove the bad quality paper at the same time.

The slitting rewinding machine working principle: The paper roll which is taken down from reeling machine put on the unreeling stand of rewinding machine. There is pneumatic braking device on the unreeling stand to keep the tension of paper. The paper will be leaded out downward by release paper roll via paper guide roll. Finally reel on the winding paper tube after slitting via slitting system. The winding paper tube is driven by front back-up roller to bring whole paper move on.
