Wire section is composed of wire table frame, breast roll and lifting device, de-watering element group, wire guide roll, doctor, high/low pressure spray pipe, edge sprayer pipe, tensioner, corrector, white water pan, wire drive roll, vacuum couch roll, deckle needle, paper leading needle and vacuum pipelines etc. Wire section all transmission part corrects dynamic balance. Paper dryness after wire section reaches 20-22%. Adopts cantilever screen changing mold. Wire tension is calculated as 7KN/M. All rolls in wire section adopt grease lubrication.
